The year 1971. Place Hong Kong.  Meet Anjili, newly born daugther of Asha and Nanik Samtani.

The year 2008. Place Dubai. Meet Anjili once again. This time a Mother to a 2 year old who has brought her immense luck. She now drives a Bentley convertible, plus has a beautiful 3 bedroom Italian yacht. Mama Mia!!!

In between the years she studied at some of the best international schools in HongKong. HongKong means work! HK means action! HK means big bucks! So she started working when she turned 18. Enjoyed life, became a friend of friends, proved that beauty and brains go together.

Got married 10 years ago and moved to Dubai where she worked for a car company. Believing in class, she worked for the Mercedes Benz Company.

In 1998 she quit her job because she sensed that the property business is Dubai would do wonders and immediately put up her own company under the name of “MegaBucks Realty”.

Ask anyone in Dubai, and this Sindhi girl will make you proud of our Sindhi heritage. She is well liked, respected and trusted.

She is not a broker as others, but believe in investing first in the property itself. This has led her to buy the entire floor or even the entire building upon inception. Then invite her investors to join in.  She then through her net work of agent’s and dealers, sells Floor by Floor, Units by Units to end users or investors. This brings a hefty profit for her investors and security for the end users. And brings her company to a higher level.

To prove a point, people in Dubai were shocked to find out that she bought & sold an entire 16 story building in one day. And just recently a new project of a 45-storey building, which at the time of writing, has already been 80% sold.
