The single biggest gift to mankind according to Rev. Dada J. P. Vaswani is the "act of forgiveness" - if we unconditionally forgive anyone who has hurt us, it will rid us of all our worries. He has authored a book - "The Magic of Forgiveness" - where he explains that forgiveness cures not only the 'forgiven' but more so the 'forgiver' as it frees his heart and mind of misgivings and pain. Forgiveness can bring instant calm to an agitated mind releasing one from the past and taking one forward into a future of healthier emotions.
To push forward this concept of forgiveness in people's lives, the Sadhu Vaswani Mission is holding a "Moment of Calm"), calling upon the people of the whole world to observe 2:00pm local time on 2 August as a time for all people to observe, a Moment of Calm. The Moment will designate the hour beginning in each locality at 2:00pm of that day - August 2- as a time to unite in prayer and forgiving everyone who has harmed or wronged us (including ourselves for all our own past deeds and guilt).
This one moment, will seed the thought of forgiveness in peoples' mind and will hopefully start a chain reaction touching millions. In THE MOMENT, you will clear your heart, forgiving all who you think have wronged you. This can envelop the world with powerful positive vibrations ushering in a New Age.
2 August is also Rev. Dada J. P. Vaswani's birthday, when these millions of prayers will be recorded as and the numbers gifted to him.
Aamir Khan will be joining The Moment. Many other celebrities are expected to join in this Moment of Calm.
